ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy launch or sale periods). We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

Complimentary DDP ground/standard shipping on all orders over $300USD.
UNITED STATES
Please note if an item is not available for fulfilment from our US location, it will ship internationally via DHL and will only be eligible for the following international rates. This will be displayed to you at the checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES (DDP SHIPPING)
Duties & Taxes Included (no hidden surprises).
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. Note any duties and taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable, where you return your item. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
US ORDERS SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY VIA DHL
As required by US Customs regulation [19 CFR § 111.24] shipments with contents originating from China and Hong Kong, and valued over $800 require formal clearance. DHL may contact you for your SSN or EIN on a confidential basis.
If you are unable to provide this information, your order will be returned to sender. If you wish to cancel this order, please contact us at customercare@alemais.com within 24 hours. After this time, any fees associated with sending to/back will not be refundable.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm.
